Office Manager
MRS. EDWINA FOX
Our Office Manager is often the first person many people meet as they look for information on our congregation or historical information. Some of the tasks Edwina does include management of office files and mail, maintaining congregation membership and financial records, arranging for access to facilities for maintenance and events, advertising events, preparation and printing of newsletters and other documents, and maintenance of ministry supplies and office equipment. Ministry Assistant
ANGELA HISH
The Ministry Assistant supports the Congregation volunteers, Pastor, and Office Manager by providing effective and consistent communication, organization, procedures, and recordkeeping. Angela’s work includes preparing worship service bulletin, designing Facebook posts, maintaining online church calendar and office procedures manual, developing the weekly E-Blast, preparing online worship service bulletin with hymn words, researching music copyright licensing permission, preparing for Council meetings and recording minutes. Media & Technical Specialist
ROBERT ARNER
The Media and Technical Specialist’s work is mostly in the background and includes setting up and closing the facilities for ministry events, controls sound and lighting, and manages the technology to provide online worship. In addition to these general tasks, Robert does weekly water testing, broadcasts the worship service live online, and edits the video recording of worship service to upload to YouTube.
